ACAT8015 Design Structures B
A two-hour seminar in Semester 2.
Successful completion of Design Structures A or equivalent.
To further explore conceptual compositional structures and their application to the visual and sonic domains.
An overview of more advanced principles of mathematical thinking, including principles such as graphs, games, Lyndenmeyer systems, filters, deterministic fractals, descriptive topology, non-deterministic fractals, chaos and catastrophe theory, vector fields and vector calculus.
Assignments involving the application of some of the above topics-100%.
