Transportation air, road, sea, lengths, weights, packaging
Baffling (external) sound, light, wind, rain, hail and heat protection
Climate (internal) lighting, heating, cooling, ambience control
Terrain flat, steep, uneven, wet, dry, sand, grass and rock sitings
People movement numbers, flow rates, patterns
Security free standing, enclosed, electronic, visitors, personnel
Durability the expected useful life

These requirements then guide us to design suitable component sub-systems and operational procedures, including such things as
Spaceframe dimensions —minimum necessary, maximum, ideal, mass
footprint (circular, elliptical, multiple, other)
vertical (circular, elliptical, multiple, other)
load-bearing requirements
entrances, exits, plant
